At Elixir Wellness Studio, we strive to provide exceptional care and services to all our clients. To ensure availability for everyone and maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling
- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a 50% refund of the service fee.
- If the nurse has already been dispatched to your appointment, the full charge will apply.
Payment and Booking
- A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment, and your card will be processed at the time of booking.
- Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
- By booking, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
Emergency Exceptions
- We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a valid reason for missing or canceling an appointment outside the 24-hour window, please contact us directly. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Responsibility
You understand and agree that you are responsible for all fees due to receive health care services and pharmacy prescription services, including any fees charged by the Medical Groups, Providers, Pharmacies, and Labs that provide services to you in connection with the Services. Your payments to Elixir Wellness Studio may include fees charged by these entities, which we collect on their behalf.
In the event that your credit card expires or our third-party payment processors are unable to process your payment, you may receive notice to provide an alternative payment method. Neither we nor the Medical Groups, Providers, Pharmacies, or Labs have any obligation to provide any services to you unless and until full payment has been received and verified. You are responsible for keeping your payment information (such as credit card number and billing address) accurate and up to date at all times.
Only valid payment methods acceptable to us may be used to complete a purchase. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your designated payment method, and you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges). If your designated payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. Our third-party payment service providers may request updated payment card information from your issuer (such as updated card numbers and expiration dates) when your credit card expires. If such updated information is provided, you agree that we may update your account information accordingly and use it to process payments for your future purchases and applicable subscription charges. Your payment card issuer may allow you to opt out of providing updated card information; if so, please contact your card issuer. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment card issuer. If your bank or card issuer reverses a charge to your payment card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method, including a mailed statement.
